Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

 

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


 

 

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Pretty Rare Brand is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, contact us using the contact tab within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
