Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please reach out first using the contact tab.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products

 

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us under the contact tab within the return window.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Any photos or videos

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are not responsible for return shipping cost.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

 

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

(PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS HAVE PROOF OF WHAT’S SENT IN YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED FOR FRAUD REASONS)

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost if eligible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
